Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, list of current medications, relevant medical records or imaging studies, and any referral forms if required by your insurance. It's also helpful to bring a list of questions you may have for the doctor. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork, or you can download and complete the forms from our website in advance.

Our online shop offers secure checkout with various payment options, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. For prescription medications, you'll need to provide a valid prescription from your healthcare provider.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may need urgent care. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
